Your intentions don't matter, if you don't act upon them. How you are able to act, especially when under pressure, depends on what you have (often unconsciously) embodied. Through physical training, we can change our embodiment and develop self-leadership, awareness and choice.
I'm a PT with a specialization on functional strength training, a CF LVL2 trainer, and a somatic transformation coach. I'm also a University Professor. For the last 17 + years my research has explored how we humans structure and understand our experiences and the interplay between physical practice, perception and how / who we are being. Now, I'm bringing these experiences together in programming and coaching I do at Channel 1.
