FEE:

  Individual PT session: 1200SEK / 60min (in my box; if we're meeting at your place, I charge 1500SEK, unless you're a neighbor).

With Channel 1 group training you get the energy and community feeling that comes from training with others, as well as the high quality coaching and personalized attention you get from a PT session. 

FEE: 

  Group training onboarding bundle: 2400SEK  (includes 2PT sessions and 4 group passes)

10 group passes (after onboarding): 1800SEK 

Learn how to build somatic awareness, understand how your life experiences manifest in your body and automatic behaviors, and how you can use physical practice / training to become who you want to be. 

FEE:

Stand-alone: 250SEK / session

As training complement: 200SEK / Session

Somatic bodywork promotes nervous system regulation and healing through hands-on touch and gentle pressure. It is a deep way of reconnecting to your body and its inner sensations, releasing energy blockages and producing a greater sense of aliveness. Somatic Bodywork is a very direct way to (re-)connect to the wisdom of the body and the clarity this brings.
